This week we are learning about the story of Matariki, we had to write a lot of facts about Matariki.
This week we are reading Chapter 21-23, the task was about Bradley & Carla. In the 2nd slide, we had to answer some questions. In the 3rd slide, we had to find an image of a monster & Bradley’s good qualities!
This week we are reading Chapter 17-20 about Jeff, we had to answer some questions about Jeff and his basketball friends. In the 2nd slide is chapter 17, 3rd slide is chapter 18. Then in the last slide, you have to write a summary of Jeff & Colleen.
This term we did an DLO experiment, this is my animated experiment about BAKING SODA & VINEGAR. It took a lot of time to finish this because you have to animate, record and draw. Hope you enjoy this experiment!
This week my teacher Mr Moran was sick today, so my class had to split to our literary teacher. My literary teacher was Mrs Stone, so this task is GRAMS & KILOGRAMS!
This week we were reading a book called “MAHINGA KAI CRUSADERS”, this book was about a man that feeds his people even tho his not rich! I had some trouble with some Maori words but I had some little help with it. I think I need to learn some Maori words, what do you think?
This week we learnt about SMALLEST to LARGEST, but fractions. In this task, we had to find out which fractions were the smallest & the largest!
This week we doing a Descriptive Writing Challenge, you had to pick an image to write about. I chose the 2nd slide to write about. My story is about a lady name “Mrs Poppy” who goes on a hot air balloon and I did an extra slide for my story, it’s a drawing of what Mrs Poppy look like!!
This week we were reading “Destination Planet Earth”, in this task you have to answer some questions about the meanings, predict and summarise.
