Why is it Important To Be On Time?

Kia ora! This week I have done my Explanation Writing, my topic is about Why is it Important To Be on Time? As you can see, there is 3 key elements to each statement I am talking about. If you see some words that are BOLD, those are my main key point to the statement.

For my conclusion, I know how to do as I have done it before with my Speech. It’s all about gathering all the key points I did with my writing, easy as a piece of cake! My Explanation Writing has been checked by my Literacy teacher named “Mrs Lagitupu”. So I hoped I fixed any errors in my piece of writing.

Waitangi Writing – Activity 3

Kia ora! Yet another Waitangi Activity, but I’m pretty sure this is the last one. Anyways, as you can see. I had to do some Google Earth and Google Maps for this task.

The first slide was super easy as I can just search it on Google Earth. Then the second slide, we had to search Waitangi and Pt England School. Next for the last slide, was just like the second slide. But I had to see how long will it take to drive to Pt England School to Waitangi! All of it was a piece of easy cake =)

Waitangi Writing – Activity 2

Kia ora! Today I have finished yet another Waitangi Writing Activity, there’s a mix and match. Acrostic poem. And just same pictures that has currently happen this year or last year.

The mix and match slide was super easy, I remembered some of them from a history article and gotten a check up from a smart friend of mine. (her names Alvie).

Then for the acrostic poem, I have learnt this from last year. So I basically know how it goes. Plus… I read sometimes 😛

Next, you already know how I got the pictures. Google.

Waitangi Writing – Activity 1

Kia ora. It’s 2024 and I’m back from Apia, hooray!! But right now, I have done my very first 2024 Literacy work. This is about Waitangi Day, like what do I know about it? What typical day I do when it’s Waitangi Day? And how I would commemorate Waitangi Day at our school?

If you want to know what I have wrote down on each slide, just click on it!
(P.S We have Mrs Lagitupu as our literacy teacher!)

Rebus Puzzles – Kick Start

This week I did the Rebus Puzzles – Kick Start Activity! The task is all about creating your own story… by only using emojis?! I had to replace some words in my story with emojis which is kinda easy to me. My story is basically called “Follow your hopes and dreams” since it’s based on a movie called “Coco” which is my favourite Mexican movie!! Also had to make my story a bit different and put an awesome quote too. Hope you enjoy and understand my story =)
